This article describes the issue when you receive this error message in the Configuration Wizard which fails due to invalid columns in IPAM table. Sample error in Configuration Wizard log shown below:

  • NPM 11.5.x
  • IPAM 4.x

This is due to invalid columns in the IPAM tables.

Note: Before doing any work on your database please make sure that you have a current backup as this will make a permanent change to your database.

  1. Open SQL Management Studio and connect to your Orion database.
  2. Run the query simultaneously:

  1. Click Execute Query.
