Interface statistics charts show one hour time difference

Updated June 16, 2017

Overview

Interface statistics charts are showing a one hour time difference after a Daylight Saving Time change in the region.

Environment

  • NPM 11.0 and later
  • Windows Server 2012 R2

Cause

This can occur when the Microsoft patch update for your time zone has not been applied.

Resolution

  1. Verify if Microsoft has released a patch affecting your time zone in Microsoft Daylight Saving Time & Time Zone blog  (© 2017 Microsoft, available at https://blogs.technet.microsoft.com/, obtained on June 16, 2017).
  2. Apply the patch and reboot the affected servers.
