Overview

This article provides information and a resolution to the issue when an increase in CPU usage is experienced after the Core 2016.2 Hotfix 1 is applied. The collector is responsible for this utilization. 

Environment

All Orion Platform products running Core 2016.2

Detail

The issue is caused when the .dll file ((SolarWinds.Orion.Core.Pollers.dll))  is blocked during installation and cannot be unblocked due to Windows security.
