Identify who changed the polling engine of nodes

This article describes how to display the auditing events after a node's polling engine is changed.


All Orion Platform versions


  1. Establish a remote connection to the Orion server.
  2. Go to Start > Solarwinds Orion > Advanced Features > Database Manager.
  3. Click Add Server (Add Default Server).
  4. Right-click on the SolarWinds Orion database, and then select New Query.
  5. Execute the following query:
SELECT * FROM [dbo].[AuditingEvents]
where ActionTypeID = 29
order by TimeLoggedUtc DESC
