How to restore Cleared events

Overview

This article discusses how a user can restore 'cleared' events from the Events Page or Message Center

Environment

  • NPM 10.4 and higher
  • SAM 6.0 and higher

Steps

  1. Log in to the Solarwinds Server as an administrator.
  2. Open the Database Manager.
  3. Navigate to [dbo].[Events].
  4. In the table, locate the column labeled Acknowledged.
  5. Click Enable Table editing and de-select each event you want to display in the Orion Web Console. 
    The alerts previously marked as cleared now display in the Orion Web Console.
