Overview

The same value is seen for Percent utilization for different days when using report writer:

Environment

NPM 11.5.2

Cause 

The Xmit and Recv percent Util was being selected from the Current Traffic for the device, this will show what the utilization is at this point and would not show historical data for previous days:

 

Resolution

Change the report to use the Historical Interface Traffic which holds data for the time span selected:
