Group Status is unable to update on the Web Console

Overview

This article describes the issue when the member nodes in Groups cannot be clicked. Interfaces are reporting as Warning or Unknown, however when you drill down to the interface, it shows no issues, and when you then go back to the Node, the warning or unknown interface status is no longer there.

Environment

All versions of NPM

Steps

  1. Start > All Programs > Solarwinds Orion > Advanced Features > Database Manager > Add Default Server.

  2. Expand the NPM Database (default )SolarWindsOrion.

  3. Select ContainerMemberSnapshots table and right-click Query Table.

  4. Run this query: DELETE FROM ContainerMemberSnapshots

  5. Restart the Information Service V3.
