Overview

This article describes the problem when you get the wrong values or graph says there's no data when using Web Display or you create a Universal Device Poller graph in a view.

Environment

NPM version 11.5

Cause

The Custom Poller is set to a different format at one stage and then turned back to none. During this process, the Custom poller is not able to reset to the default format of None.

Resolution

  1. Recreate your custom poller.
  2. Under Show advanced features keep the the format to None.
  3. Test it again.
