F5 Universal device pollers are no longer returning data

Issue:

Universal Device Pollers (UnDPs) configured to poll F5 devices for interface data using IF-MIB are no longer completing polls of F5 devices.

Resolution

Beginning with version 10.6, SolarWinds NPM natively polls F5 devices using F5-BIGIP-SYSTEM-MIB. Due to licensing limitations, UnDPs were limited to only polling F5 interface data. If F5 polling is disabled, it is possible to poll F5 interfaces--and only interfaces--using UnDPs on F5-BIGIP-SYSTEM-MIB.
