This article addresses issue(s) related to Multiple Orion Services flapping to Stopped state.


For NPM 12.0 it also includes Dependencies - Net. Tcp Port Sharing Service.


Related Error: (error can be seen when launching Orion Web Console and also viewable in Event Viewer via Applications and Services Logs > SolarWinds.Net)

  • Upgrading Operating System (related instance, upgrading from Windows Server 2008 R2 to Windows Server 2012 R2)
