Overview

This article briefly explains how Orion obtains the Duplex mode of interfaces using OID 1.3.6.1.2.1.10.7.2.1.19.

Environment

NPM 11.5 and later

Detail

The output of this OID provides the following three states:

1 - unknown

2 - half-duplex

3 - full duplex

In the Interfaces table, the value of 0 also occurs and this indicates that duplex mode is not applicable on the interface type.
