Disable the Web Console automatic log-off

Overview

This setup allows a particular user to be logged in to the Web Console indefinitely even if the browser has been closed.

Environment

NPM 11.5.2 and later

Steps

  1. Go to Settings > Manage Accounts.
  2. Edit the account where you want to disable automatic log-off.
  3. Set the Disable Session TimeOut option to Yes.
  4. Click Submit.

Note: Global settings to disable Session TimeOut is not yet in place. This has to be done individually on each of the accounts.
