Overview

This article provides steps on how disable an Action to stop the Alert from re-triggering. 

Environment

NPM version 11.5.2

Steps

  1. Go to Setting > Manage Alert.
  2. Select Action Manager tab.
  3. Choose the Alert you want to edit. This lists all the actions for that specific alert. 
  4. The action to Disable the alert will then appear.
