This article provides steps on  how to check if the nodes status and response time is set to ICMP or SNMP.

All versions of NPM

The Device is down which is why is does not show the list resource.

1. Run Database manager by going to Start > All Programs > Solarwinds Orion > Advanced Features > Database Manager.
2. Add default server > Expand your database  > right-click on Solarwindsorion > Select New Query.

3. Run the following query:
SELECT * FROM [dbo].[Pollers]
where netobject = 'N:3'

Note: N:3 is for the node ID.

4. Look for N.ResponseTime.ICMP.Native or N.ResponseTime.SNMP.Native if its enable.
