Create a chart with interface data from multiple devices

Overview

This article describes how to create a chart with interface traffic data from multiple devices.

Environment

NPM 11.5 and later

Steps

1. On the Orion Web Console, go to the summary page where the chart is required.

2. Click the green customize page button.

3 Select the column you want the chart to appear in and click on the green +.

4. In the search window, type Custom.

5. Select Custom Chart and then select Done.

6 When the page loads, go to the Custom Chart resource and click Configure this resource.

 

7. Assign a title and select the time period you want to display and then click Select Data source.

8. In the Selection method, select Specific Objects.

9. In Available Nodes, change the Nodes to Interfaces.

10. Locate the interfaces that you want to create a chart for and click Update Data Source.

11. Adjust the Time Period and Sample Interval as required and in the Left Y-Axis, select the Add Data Series.

12. Select the Interface Traffic History and the required data and then click Add Data Series.

13. Submit or Preview check and then Submit.
