Create a blank view for NOC (blank canvas)

Overview

This is article describes how to create a blank view of NOC (blank canvas).

Environment

All NPM versions

Steps

  1. In the Orion Web Console, click Settings.
  2. Click Manage Views >  Add.
  3. In Name of New View, enter blank canvas.
  4. In Type of View, enter Summary.
  5. Click Submit > Done > Add > Admin > Customized Menu Bar.
  6. Edit the Menu Bar: Admin.
  7. Drag the blank canvas view to your Admin bar.
  8. Click Submit.
    Note: At this point you should have a blank canvas option on your menu bar.
  9. Add resources or views to your blank canvas.
  10. Click Customized Page.
  11. Click the plus sign to add the resources you want to your view.
    Resources examples:
  12. Click DONE. 
  13. Click Customized Page.
  14. Select NOC View.
  15. Click DONE and then go to NOC.
