Cannot add or edit nodes in the Web Console

When attempting to add or edit a node, you receive an unexpected error. 

In the Orion.web log, you will see something similar to the following:

The UCS is located in the NPM module.


NPM version 12.0.1 to NPM 12.2


  1. Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs.
  2. Run a repair of the SolarWinds Network Performance Monitor.
