CPU and memory information unavailable in BlueCoat devices

CPU and memory information required for monitoring does not appear when resources are listed in BlueCoat devices.



NPM 11.0 and later


Note: Download and install the Universal Device Poller attachment from this Thwack post.

  1. Go to Start > All Programs > Solarwinds Orion > Network Performance Monitor > Universal Device Poller.
  2. Click File > Import Universal Device Pollers.
  3. Browse to the directory in question and click Open.
  4. Click the device under Pollers and then click Import>.
  5. Go to the Node page and then click Pollers.
  6. Select the pollers for monitoring and then click SUBMIT.
  7. The CPU and memory information should be available after a few minutes.
