Overview

This article describes the issue when the CPU and memory charts are not populating for MikroTik routers.

All versions of NPM

Resolution

There is a device studio poller that allows polling for the CPU and Memory. You can download this from the link below:

https://thwack.solarwinds.com/docs/DOC-188757

 

Once downloaded, go to the Orion Web Console.

  1. Go to Settings > Manage Poller > Import.
  2. Select the poller downloaded. This imports the poller into NPM.

After successfully importing the poller, you need to assign the poller to the desired nodes.
