Overview

The AppStack resource does not work on the Web Console. The following message is displayed when you browse the Node Details view:

Environment

Orion Platform 2017.1

Cause 

This issue is caused by a resource or view ID web server exception.

Resolution

Remove and re-add the AppStack resource:

  1. Go to the Orion Web Console, and then click Settings > Manage Views.
  2. Click Edit View (Node Details), remove the AppStack details resource, and then click Submit.
  3. Click Edit View, add the AppStack details resource, and then Click Submit.

Perform the following if the above steps do not resolve the issue:

  1. Shut down all Orion services.
  2. Open a command prompt as an administrator.
  3. Enter IISRESET.
  4. Start all Orion services.
  5. If the issue persists, follow this article.
