Alerts screen is stuck or freezes during loading

When editing/viewing alerts, it just flashes and is stuck in loading.

This is a known issue on this version.


  1. Access Orion Web Console.
  2. Go to Alerts & Activity > Manage Alerts.
  3. Set the number of items to 100.


Note: This issue has been resolved in NPM 12.0.1
