Overview

This article provides steps when you are unable to log into Orion web console after migration due to a JavaScript error.

Environment

NPM Version 11.5.3

Steps

1. Open Internet Explorer, and on the upper right-side, click the gear icon. The Internet Options window will open. 

2. Go to Security tab and click Internet (with globe icon) then click Custom Level.

3. Scroll down and locate Scripting then select the Enable button. See figure below for reference.

4. Click OK to close the window.

5. Click Apply, and then OK to close the Internet Option window.
