This article describes the issue when similar interface names are displayed as ??????.



NPM version 11.x


This issue occurs when the device sends over the same display name for multiple interfaces. 


  1. Use the IP Address to find which interface is for that specific one.
  2. Edit the interface Details page.
  3. Change the display name.
