Installer is stuck while installing Solarwinds Job Engine 2

Updated May 17th, 2016

This article describes the issue when you are upgrade Orion NPM and sees that the installer is stuck in Solarwinds Job Engine 2 and does not move forward .

NPM version 10.0

The cause of this JobEngine installer is when the process is calculating the available disk space and calculating the existing folder space within the existing installation folder where it's unable to get this done due to low disk performance for some reason.

It is recommend to create a brand new VM 2003 and then install the next version of NPM which resolves this issue.
