In at least one case, upgrading to IOS 3.5e on a Cisco 4500 series switch caused previously-operational OSPF monitoring to stop working. No new information was polled and routes became unknown in Orion.

  • All Orion Platform versions
  • Cisco 4500 series devices when 3.5e firmware is installed

Contact Cisco support about this issue as the full nature of it and solution to it would need to be provided by Cisco.
