How to clear an alert from the Orion Web Console

Overview

This article explains how to clear alerts from the Orion Web Console. 

Environment

  • NPM version 11.5 and later

Steps

  1. Log in to the Orion Web Console.
  2. Click Alerts and Activity > Alerts.
  3. Select the check box next to the alert or alerts you want to clear.

  4. Click Clear Triggered Instance of Alert.
    The alert is cleared.

If the problem that triggered the alert still exists, the alert should re-trigger after the device is polled again.
