Hardware Health not listed in nodes with problem resource

Hardware Health information is not listed in the Nodes with Problem resource.


NPM 11.5 and later


  1. Log on to the Web Console.
  2. Click settings > Web Console settings.
  3. Set the "Child Status Rollup Mode" to Worst status.
  4. Click Submit.
  5. Check if the nodes with hardware health issues appear on the "Nodes with problems" resource.
