Group dependencies are not working

Overview

This article addresses the issue where group dependencies are not working as expected.

Environment

All NPM versions

Cause 

This issue occurs when the containermembersnapshots table contains old or incorrect data.

Resolution

  1. Open the Orion Database Manager.
  2. Select the default server.
  3. Expand the SolarWinds database.
  4. Right-click the database, and then select New Query.
  5. Enter the following query:
    Delete from containermembersnapshots
  6. Execute the query.

Note: This table will be re-populated automatically as the groups are used.
