Graphs do not display data on the Node Details page

Graphs are not displaying data on the Node Details page.



  • All SAM versions
  • All NPM versions



The issue is caused when nodes are polled via WMI and credentials are incorrect.



1. From the web console, go to Settings > Manage Nodes.

2. Locate the node by searching it in the Search box. 

3. Click the node and select Edit Properties.

4. Click Test.

Note:  If the credentials fail, choose another credential from your library.
