Overview

The following error appears in the Orion Web Console:

GetAllVMwareCredentials failed, check fault information

Environment

NPM 10.1.x

Resolution

Delete the VMware credentials from the Database as follows:

Note: Make sure that you have backed up your database before making any changes to it  as this change will be permanent.

  1. Connect to the Database using the Database Manager.
  2. Scroll down through the tables until you get to the VIM_Credentials. Right click on this table and select Query Table then click Execute query.
  3. Delete these Accounts and reenter them in the Orion Web Console.
