Generate an interface downtime report

Overview

This article provides steps on how to generate an interface downtime report over 24 hours.  

Environment

NPM version 11.5

Steps

  1.  Log in to your Orion

  2. Go to Reports and choose Interface downtime detailed - Last 24 Hours.

 

 

This should display the unedited report which needs to be edited

  3. Click Edit Report.

 

 

  4. click Edit Table. 

 

 

  5. Sort out the fields below as desired.

 

 

 

 

The image below displays the desired report that shows the downtime for each interface:

 

  Once the report has been created, you then have the option to send a scheduled report.
