Resolution

  1. On the Orion server open database manager and click add default server
  2. Double click the table's called Credential and CredtialProperty and click execute query
  3.  Locate Orion in the value column of  the "CredentialProperty" table and see what CredentialID it is and check in the "Credential" table and see if it corresponds to CredentialOwner "RabbtMQ"
  4. Delete the account in question from the "credentialproperty" table and the "credential" table more than likely the RabbitMQ account
  5. Rerun Configuration Wizard.
