The information service logs show that the schema may be affected.

Resolution:

  1. Using Windows Explorer, browse the Orion Programs folder.
    E.g. \Program Files (x86)\SolarWinds\Orion\
  2. Edit the file ConfigurationWizard.exe.config in this location using Notepad.
  3. Search for the XML element <appsettings/>, and then add the element <add key="Packaging.Internal.RepairMode" value="true"/> within it.
  4. Click Save.
  5. Stop all SolarWinds Services and website - Starting / Stopping Orion Core Services.
