This article provides brief information and steps to resolve the issue when a devices does not pass the SNMP v3 test when editing or adding a node while doing an SNMP walk. The following error occurs:
SNMPv3 - Unknown EngineID (0,0)
All NPM versions
The issue is caused when the Engine ID is not set on the device.
Add the Engine ID on the device.
