Overview

After upgrading to NPM 12 when assigning a web page to a Schedule, you are prompted with the following error in the Web Console:

Error: Only Valid URLs starting with 'Http(s)://' are allowed

Environment

  • NPM version 12
  • Orion Core version 2016.1

Cause

During the Upgrade. the Scheduled Frequency was updated but the URL which was stored with the schedule was not correctly formatted.

Resolution

  1. From the screenshot below, the link is invalid due to spaces at the end of the URL (spaces between Network Top 10).

  2. Replace the spaces (blanks) between "Network Top 10" to "Network%Top%10".
  3. Try to schedule the report again.
