Overview

Environment

All NPM versions

Cause

The issue may be due to interfaces reindexing after a reboot of the Device.

  1. Open the Orion Web Console
  2. Go to the Settings Page
  3. Go to Mange Nodes
  4. Search for the Node in question
  5. Expand affected Node.
  6. Identify Rouge Interface
  7. Select the checkbox and Delete.
  8. Select more actions and Rediscover.
  9. Select List resources and select your target interface.
