This article provides steps to resolve the following error:

The issue is caused by interfaces reindexing after a reboot of the device.

  1. Open the Orion Web Console.
  2. Go Settings > Manage Nodes.
  3. Search and expand the node in question
  4. Identify the rogue interface.
  5. Select the checkbox and click Delete.
  6. Select More Actions > Rediscover.
  7. Select List Resources and select the target interface.
