Overview

This article provides troubleshooting steps to take if you are not receiving emails from triggered alerts.

Environment

NPM version 11.5x

Steps

  1. Go to the Orion Web Console.
  2. Click Settings Manage SMTP Servers.
  3. Confirm the correct Hostname or IP address and it should be SMTP port number 25.

Addition options (select if required):

SSL

This SMTP server requires authentication

   4. Click Send Test Email.

   5. Enter the email address and send.

Check and see if you received the email.
