Downtime resource provides innacurate results

This article describes the issue when generating a Web Report that uses the Downtime resource, the results appear to be innacurate.  


NPM version 11 to 11.5.3


Downtime information is stored in the database with the timestamp that an object went down and the time that it came back up. This at times provides a result that lies outside of the specified timeframe.
