Discrepancy on node status with different node view

Overview

The node status on normal summary view and on custom node view summary is showing different node status.

Environment

NPM 11.5

Resolution

  1. Stop all Orion Services using the Orion Service Manager.
  2. Clear subscriptions and container membership:
    1. Clear information service subscriptions.
    2. Clear ContainerMemberSnapshots and LimitationSnapshots using the following commands:
      • "DELETE FROM dbo.ContainerMemberSnapshots"
      • "DELETE FROM dbo.LimitationSnapshots"
  3. Restart all Orion Services using the Orion Service Manager.
  4. Remove/Re-add the resources on the created view.
