Issue:

The following error occurs during Manual Network Discovery after an upgrade from NPM v10.7 to v11.0. 
An error while processing the results has occured.
See discovery log for more details.

Cause:

There are missing XML sections in the web.config file after the upgrade.

Resolution:

Check that these 2 XML sections were included in the web.config file after an upgrade.
1. Go to c:\inetpub\SolarWinds.
2. Open the web.config file using a text file editor and check that these 2 XML sections are in the file.

3. If these 2 sections are not in the file, add them accordingly.
