This article provides details and information regarding disabling of a certain event from the Orion Event Viewer.

All Orion products and versions

It is possible to disable an event from the Event Viewer in the dbo.EventTypes table in the Orion database.

Uncheck 'Notify' and 'Record' of the event to disable them.

Do note that these are event types and not individual events. Disabling this event type will disable 'all events of this type' in the event viewer.

There will be less frequent, more useful events of this type if the event type is disabled.
