This article provides information regarding the Disable Session Timeout feature.


All Orion Platform versions



The Disable Session Timeout feature can be set to Yes to avoid users from being logged out of their sessions due to inactivity.

To Enable this Feature: 

  • Log into the Solarwinds Web console with an account with Administrative privileges.
  • Click Settings > Manage Accounts 
  • Press the check box next to the your account name & click Edit
  • Change the drop down for 'Disable Session Timeout'
