Overview

This article provides information when the Orion server is isolated from Internet and you want to integrate the Customer Portal to the Orion Web Console.

Environment

NPM version 11.5.2

Detail

The  DNS name should be: customerportal.solarwinds.com and port is 443.

 

You can also use local proxy as an option by editing:
c:\Program Files (x86)\SolarWinds\Orion\SolarWinds.Orion.Core.BusinessLayer.dll.config
and add following configuration into element <configuration>:
<system.net>
<defaultProxy enabled="true">
<proxy usesystemdefault="true" bypassonlocal="true" />
</defaultProxy>
</system.net>
