Customer Portal Integration shows false module updates

A product update notification appears in the Customer Portal even if all modules are updated.



NPM v11.5.2


  1. Open the Orion Database Manager.
  2. Connect to the Orion Database.
  3. Start a new Query and run the following SQL command:
    DELETE FROM NotificationMaintenanceRenewals
  4. Logout and login to the Web Console to check if the product update notification is still showing.
  5. If the issue still persists, clear your browser cache or try to access using another web browser.
