Custom Table on Custom Menu bar

This article describes how to put a Custom Table on a Menu bar view on the Orion Web Console.


All NPM versions


  1. Access Orion Web Console with admin rights.
  2. Go to Settings > Manage views > Create view.
  3. Select Summary > and put the name of the view.
  4. Select the resource by clicking the plus sign > search for Custom Table.
  5. Select and save Custom Table > hit Preview View > then copy the URL.
  6. Go back to Settings > Manage Accounts > Check which account you would like to put the menu bar/View > check what Menu bar you are using on that account.
  7. Click Customize Menu bar > Edit Network Tab > Click Add > Put the name of the menu bar > put the URL link of the view you have created.
  8. Go to the new menu bar > Custom Table > Edit.
  9. Put the resource > Click specific data source > select the interfaces and submit.
  10. Add columns now on what information you want on the table > Node name, Interface name, Received Bps, Transmit Bps.
  11. Save and preview.
