Create custom SQL alerts from the Web Console

Overview

This article explains how to create a custom SQL alert in the latest version of NPM using Web alerts.

Environment

NPM 11.5 x

Steps

 

  1. On the Orion Web Console, go to Settings > Manage Alerts.
  2. Click Add New Alert.
  3. Enter a name and click Next..
  4. In the I want to alert on trigger condition field, select Custom SQL Alert (Advanced).

  1. Continue to Finish configuring your alert.

Note: The Advanced Alert Manager is still available in the latest version of Orion in Computer > OS(C:) > ProgramFiles(x86) > Solarwinds > Orion.
