This article provides steps on how to monitor capacity usage on all  major links.

Steps

  1. Create Alert on Orion Console.
  2. Go to Settings > Manage Alerts.
  3. In trigger action, select the Interface
  4. Select the current bandwidth utilization and set  is less than 5Mbps. 
  5. Add a and/or block and set it to or.
  6. Select the current bandwidth utilization and set  is greater  than 20Mbps
