Overview

The Orion Web Console does not launch and the following error is displayed after installing a Windows patch on the Orion server:

Could not load file or assembly 'System.EnterpriseServices.Wrapper.dll' or one of its dependencies. The check of the module's hash failed. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131039)

Resolution

  1. Uninstall and reinstall Microsoft .NET. 
  2. Run the configuration wizard.
