Environment

Steps

Note: This should be done on the Main Poller.

  1. Change ShortDate format for account which run SW Module Engine. By default this SW Module Engine service is run under "Local System" account (SID S-1-5-18)
    See https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/lib...sktop/aa379649
  2. Edit the registry. Go to run and type in regedit.exe
Edit HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-18\Control Panel\International\sShortDate registry key for example to "d/M/yyyy"
(S-1-5-18 is the SID of account that is used to run SW Module Engone service)

Please backup the registry as the changes will be permanent.

See more info here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/241671.

3. If editing registry don't work, use IE that should show the correct format.
