Overview

This article addresses the issue where the Configuration Wizard stops does not continue loading while installing/upgrading/fixing the server.

Environment

  • NPM 11.5.2
  • NPM 11.5.3

Resolution

  1. Right-click Configuration Wizard and select Properties.
  2. Click Security.
  3. Verify that the user has full control.
  4. Select Everyone.
  5. Click Edit.
  6. Provide full access.
  7. Save changes.
  8. Right-click Configuration Wizard and select Run as Administrator.
  9. The Configuration Wizard and Web Console should run without any issues.
